Sep7imo Destilados was born from the innovative spirit of the 7 Colinas team. With the craft beer brewery already up and running, a question arose: what if we distilled what we fermented? From that concern, a new path began, giving rise to a line of spirits with its own identity.
Today, Sep7imo stands out for its imprint on whiskey, gin, and honey rum, beverages that reflect the same artisanal commitment that characterizes its origins.
Each distillate is the result of a careful process, where experimentation and respect for the ingredients are key.

OUR
Spirits are beverages in which alcohol is concentrated through distillation.
While fermentation produces alcohol levels between 10% and 14%, the distillation process separates and concentrates the spirit of the drink, achieving alcohol contents between 20% and 40%.
